Guardian Issues Corrections: Regina Hall Mix-Up and Game Error
Guardian corrects Regina Hall and solitaire game errors

The Guardian newspaper has published a series of corrections and clarifications, addressing factual errors in two recent articles published in its G2 supplement.

Actress Misidentification and Game Confusion

In a piece titled 'Fighting talk' from 19 December, the publication incorrectly named actress Regina King as starring in the Paul Thomas Anderson film One Battle After Another. The newspaper has clarified that the role is in fact played by Regina Hall.

A separate feature on 16 December about Secret Santas described the gift of "a solitaire game". This was illustrated with a photograph of someone playing the card game. The correction states that the gift in question was actually the marbles-based game, not the card game.

Other Recently Amended Articles

The notice also lists several other articles that have been recently amended. These include reports on the preservation of land in Chilean Patagonia, the Kennedy Center board voting to add Donald Trump's name to the institution, and the Pope's challenge on immigration policy.

Further corrected pieces covered developments in Yemen, the death of Swedish actor May Britt at age 91, and new protest laws in New South Wales, Australia, which were linked to Gaza rallies and a terror attack.
