London's 2026 Music Festivals Announced

The capital's reputation as a global music powerhouse is set to continue unabated in 2026, with organisers unveiling a spectacular roster of festivals featuring some of the world's biggest artists. From pop nostalgia in Brockwell Park to superstar concerts in Hyde Park, London's calendar is packed with unmissable events.

Pop Majesty and Nostalgic Vibes

Mighty Hoopla returns to Brockwell Park on May 30 and 31, promising what it describes as pure 'Pop Magic'. The festival is a celebrated mix of boybands, drag royalty, and television icons. This year, it will be headlined by Lily Allen, who will perform her smash-hit album. The line-up is a fun-filled hodgepodge also featuring Scissor Sisters, Jessie J, Perrie Edwards, JLS, and drag superstar Trixie Mattel.

Meanwhile, the eclectic LIDO festival kicks off the summer season across various dates in June. Following a hugely successful debut curated by Charli XCX, the 2026 event will be headlined by the rising star power of CMAT and electronic duo Maribou State. They will be joined by an impressive curated bill including Father John Misty and Kelis, with the full roster still under wraps.

Hyde Park Spectacles and East London Extravaganzas

BST Hyde Park solidifies its status as the essential London summer destination, returning with a diverse line-up between June and July. The series will cater to all tastes, offering country legend Garth Brooks, soulful ballads from Lewis Capaldi, anthemic rock from Mumford & Sons, and party-starting hits from Pitbull. Organisers have promised further exciting announcements are still to come.

Over in Victoria Park, All Points East prepares for its eighth year this August with a typically stellar line-up. The multi-day event will be headlined by Lorde, performing her newest album, alongside major acts like Tyler, The Creator and Twenty One Pilots. The bill is further strengthened by artists including IDLES, PinkPantheress, and Zara Larsson.

From Country to Capital

Earlier in the year, Country 2 Country, Europe's premier country music festival, will transform The O2 on March 12 and 13. The 13th edition will see legendary acts like Brooks & Dunn and Keith Urban headline, supported by fan favourites such as Scotty McCreery and a host of rising stars including Alana Springsteen.

With such a diverse and high-quality array of events already announced, 2026 is shaping up to be another monumental year for London's live music scene. The capital continues to attract the most sought-after names in the industry, offering unforgettable experiences for every genre of music fan. Tickets for many of these festivals are already on sale, promising another summer of unforgettable soundtracks across London's iconic parks and venues.
