Since Becky Swain, portrayed by Amy Cudden, arrived with Lisa Swain, Carla's life has been systematically destroyed. Suspicious of Becky's motives to split up her and Lisa, Carla's investigation led to a horrifying outcome.

For over a week, Becky has been holding Carla prisoner in an airing cupboard, while fabricating text messages and social media posts to gaslight Lisa into believing Carla is happily abroad in Lanzarote.
