Pop superstar Katy Perry and actor Orlando Bloom have demonstrated a masterclass in modern co-parenting during a festive family trip to London, firmly putting their daughter's happiness first following their split earlier this year.
A United Front for Family Fun
The former couple, who confirmed their separation in July 2025 after months of speculation, were spotted enjoying a series of cheerful outings with their five-year-old daughter, Daisy Dove Bloom. The highlight was a trip to see 'Paddington: The Musical' in London's West End, where the ex-partners happily posed for family photos with the cast, showcasing a complete absence of any visible tension.
Their blended family dynamic was on full display, as they were also joined by Orlando's 14-year-old son, Flynn, from his previous marriage to model Miranda Kerr. In joyful pictures shared online, Perry was seen smiling with her hands on the teenager's shoulders, while Bloom knelt affectionately beside his youngest child.
Embracing the Festive Spirit
The family's celebrations extended beyond the theatre. They were later seen embracing the winter festivities at Hyde Park's famous Winter Wonderland, enjoying rides together. Bundled up against the cold, the famous parents took Daisy on a teacup ride, with Perry capturing the memory on her phone while holding a warm drink.
This London excursion is not an isolated event in their post-separation relationship. Just days after announcing their split in July, they reunited for a holiday on a yacht in Italy, accompanied by Daisy and even socialising with billionaire couple Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez.
Moving Forward with Mutual Respect
In a statement released in July, the A-list pair explained their commitment to a harmonious future, writing: ‘Due to the abundance of recent interest... representatives have confirmed that Orlando and Katy have been shifting their relationship over the past many months to focus on co-parenting.’ They emphasised that their shared priority is, and always will be, ‘raising their daughter with love, stability, and mutual respect.’
Bloom, 48, has spoken publicly about the split, telling the 'Today Show' in September, ‘I’m great, man. I’m so grateful... We have the most beautiful daughter.’ He added philosophically, ‘when you leave everything on the field... I feel grateful for all of it. And we’re great. We’re going to be great. It’s nothing but love.’
Meanwhile, Perry, 41, has moved on romantically. Since summer 2025, she has been in a very public relationship with former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. The pair have been seen on cosy dates, and Trudeau has openly shown his admiration, even singing her songs at one of her concerts. Sources say the politician is ‘crazy’ about Perry and is making a ‘big effort’ to see her.
Orlando Bloom appears supportive of his ex's new happiness, and while he was spotted with a mystery brunette in October, his current relationship status remains unclear. For now, the focus for both remains firmly on their successful co-parenting journey and creating joyful memories for their young daughter.
