Camille, recently crowned the best restaurant in London for 2026, is venturing into the burger world with a limited-edition collaboration. Head chef Elliot Hashtroudi of the Borough-based French restaurant is partnering with Marylebone's Zula Burger to create 'The Eric Cantona Burger,' available for two weeks only from July 6 to July 20.
Burger Details and Inspiration
The burger features an Aubrey Allen beef patty topped with British blue cheese, homemade caramelised onion chutney, mayonnaise, and pickles, all served in Zula Burger's homemade brioche buns. Hashtroudi describes it as 'bold, brazen and blue!' and 'a classic combo of cheese and onion in the French way.' The burger is inspired by his favourite burger to make at home.
Limited Availability
Only 20 burgers will be available per day during the two-week run, encouraging burger enthusiasts to arrive early. Zula Burger, located at 5 Old Quebec Street, W1H 7AF, is open daily from midday until 10pm and operates on a walk-in basis. The restaurant opened in 2024 and was founded in Istanbul in 2017.
Previous Collaborations
Zula Burger has a history of chef takeovers, previously featuring one-off burgers from chefs like Ana Ortiz and Rahel Stephanie. This collaboration continues the trend of bringing unique culinary experiences to London's burger scene.
