Amazon Prime has confirmed that its addictive teen romance series Every Year After will return for a second season, following its debut as a top 10 hit on the streaming platform. The show, based on Carley Fortune's BookTok sensation Every Summer After, has captivated audiences with its will-they-won't-they love story set across six summers in Barry's Bay, Canada.
Season 2 Focus on Charlie Florek
The upcoming season will adapt Fortune's sequel One Golden Summer and center on Charlie Florek, played by Michael Bradway, whose story was teased in the season one finale. The first season followed Percy Fraser (Sadie Soverall) and Sam Florek (Matt Cornett) as first loves navigating romance over six summers, intercut with a present-day storyline where Percy returns to Barry's Bay for a memorial service and avoids her ex Sam, now a doctor.
