East Anglian Woman Diagnosed with Rare Gigantomastia Condition
Tianna Moon, a 30-year-old woman from East Anglia, has been living with a rare medical condition that causes her breasts to grow uncontrollably. Diagnosed with gigantomastia, a severe form of macromastia, Tianna's chest now measures at a 34NN cup size, carrying approximately 2 stone and 11 pounds of weight.
Early Experiences and Diagnosis Journey
From the age of 13, Tianna experienced unwanted attention due to her developing bust, with men frequently leering and honking car horns as she walked home from school. 'It's become so normal to me, I don't even notice it anymore,' she admits. 'When I go out in public I try to make them appear smaller than they are and strap them up – I get stares and double takes constantly.'
The turning point in understanding her condition came when Tianna began taking the weight-loss medication Mounjaro in May 2024. While she successfully lost three stone within a year, her breasts paradoxically grew from an L cup to an M cup during the same period. This unusual development prompted her to research medical discussion groups online, where she first encountered information about gigantomastia.
Medical Confirmation and Physical Challenges
In July 2025, Tianna's GP confirmed her self-diagnosis after reviewing her medical history, weight loss journey, and the accelerated breast growth. 'Originally he was looking at macromastia,' Tianna explains, 'but when I broke down my medical history, the weight loss on Mounjaro and the increased growth and side effects, he was point blank like "this is gigantomastia".'
The physical symptoms have been substantial. Tianna reports frequent numbness in her arms, severe indentations on her shoulders from bra straps, and light scarring beneath her breasts where undergarments have rubbed and torn the skin. 'Laying on my back is not something I can do for a long period of time,' she adds, 'as it restricts the amount of airflow I can get in.' Finding appropriate bras has become nearly impossible, forcing her to purchase the largest available sizes and modify them to fit.
Turning Challenges into Opportunity
With only approximately 300 recorded cases worldwide, Tianna represents an extremely rare medical situation. Rather than allowing the condition to dominate her life negatively, she has transformed it into a professional opportunity. After a head injury in 2021 left her unable to work conventionally, Tianna joined OnlyFans and now earns approximately £10,000 monthly from subscribers who appreciate her fuller bust.
'I might as well try and reap the benefits of my medical condition rather than the negatives,' she explains pragmatically. Interestingly, it was actually a subscriber who first suggested she might need remeasuring as her breasts continued growing, prompting closer monitoring of their development.
Social Reactions and Medical Interventions
Not all responses have been positive. Tianna faces criticism from some who question why she hasn't pursued breast reduction surgery. 'People are telling me it's disgusting I'm not having a reduction and that I'm basically begging for attention,' she reveals. While she has considered surgical options, there remains 'no guarantee' that breast tissue wouldn't regrow post-procedure.
To manage her condition, Tianna underwent gastric sleeve surgery in November 2025 to help protect her back from the substantial weight, and has been referred for physiotherapy to address ongoing pain management. Her perspective has evolved significantly over time: 'When I was younger I hated the attention but now I just think they could be a potential buyer, and my subscribers aren't creepy, they genuinely love my breasts and support me.'
Another Case: Summer Robert's Experience
Tianna is not alone in facing this challenging condition. Summer Robert, a 25-year-old woman, also lives with gigantomastia, measuring between a 30N and 28 O-cup depending on the retailer. She carries approximately 25 kilograms of weight on her chest daily and has been refused breast reduction surgery due to her BMI.
Like Tianna, Summer has pursued an OnlyFans career, building a loyal following that helps her feel more confident. To manage the physical burden, she wears a doctor-prescribed corset, having used one since age 16. 'If I'm walking my back feels like it's broken – it's so intense and painful,' she describes. Swimming provides temporary relief as the water supports the weight, but returning to land brings immediate discomfort. Despite being unable to participate in conventional exercise or find affordable bras, Summer has similarly found ways to create positivity from her situation.
