When he had just arrived in England he was the American prototype - athletic, runs super fast but not really, really good. He's impressed hugely. I'm so happy to see his progression because he started like me, a bit lower, and is now at Fulham. I really like this full-back. He's strong, quick and now great with his feet. He's really difficult."
