Olly Murs Reveals His Top London Restaurants & Family Plans for 2026
Olly Murs' Favourite London Restaurants Revealed

Pop star and television presenter Olly Murs has opened up about his favourite London restaurants in an exclusive interview, naming two standout venues he absolutely adores.

The singer, who is enjoying family life in Essex with his wife and their nine-week-old son, Albert, maintains strong connections to the capital, where he owns a home and frequently dines out.

Olly Murs' Favourite Fine Dining Spot

When asked for his top London recommendation, Murs was quick to highlight Park Chinois on Berkeley Street. He described it as an Asian restaurant with a grand atmosphere, complete with live music and entertainment performances every fifteen minutes.

"I know this sounds a bit snobby, but my favourite restaurant is on Berkeley Street - it’s Park Chinois," Murs confessed. "It’s pricey, but for a special occasion it feels like old-school London."

The venue is renowned for its lavish 1930s Shanghai-inspired décor and upscale Chinese cuisine. Tasting menus begin at £95 per person, with individual dishes like appetisers from £16 and main courses from approximately £28. For a more accessible option, the restaurant provides an executive lunch menu for £29 per person.

A Turkish Restaurant with 'The Best Food on the Planet'

Murs didn't stop at just one recommendation. He also expressed immense enthusiasm for the Turkish restaurant Sheesh, which recently expanded from Chigwell to a new location in Mayfair's Piccadilly.

"I forgot about Sheesh! They’re from Chigwell and have just come to London," he said. "Turkish cuisine, fantastic food - probably the best food on the planet, to be honest with you."

Sheesh offers contemporary Turkish and Mediterranean dishes in a luxurious setting, featuring a menu of charcoal-grilled meats, seafood platters, and vegetarian options. Dining here is also a premium experience, with main courses starting from £34.

Shifting Gears: A Family-Focused 2026

Looking ahead to 2026, the star revealed his intentions to slow down his hectic work schedule. After several busy years in music and media, Murs plans to prioritise his growing family.

"I’ve been busy the last three or four years. 2026 could be a year where I just take a bit of time away," he shared. "I’ve got a new baby, so I’ll probably be spending a lot of time with the family. I want to make sure I don’t miss too much."

While he won't be disappearing completely, Murs confirmed he intends to "take a foot off the gas a little bit" to cherish these early moments with his son.
