Zendaya stuns in Grecian dress at The Odyssey premiere

American actress Zendaya wore a shimmering white gown at the world premiere of The Odyssey in London's Leicester Square on July 6, 2026. The Schiaparelli dress, white at the top and silver at the bottom, created a water effect and emulated Ancient Greece, with a corset mimicking a marble statue.

Star-Studded Red Carpet

Zendaya was greeted with a massive cheer as she arrived alongside her husband and co-star, Tom Holland, 30, who wore an all-black suit. Other stars included Anne Hathaway, who recently announced she is pregnant with her third child, wearing a blue dress with a flower-like feature at the top. Matt Damon wore a grey suit, Charlize Theron wore a black dress with long white gloves, and Robert Pattinson also wore a grey suit. Lupita Nyong'o, who plays both Helen of Troy and Clytemnestra, wore a white dress. Director Sir Christopher Nolan attended in a black suit.

Film Details

The epic fantasy action film, written and directed by Sir Christopher Nolan, adapts Homer's ancient Greek epic The Odyssey. Damon stars as Odysseus, chronicling his perilous journey home after the Trojan War, with Hathaway as his wife Penelope. Holland plays Telemachus, Pattinson plays Antinous, Theron plays Calypso, and Zendaya plays Athena. Sir Christopher told The Late Show With Stephen Colbert that he first encountered The Odyssey during a school play and adapted it to offer a fresh perspective. The film will be released in cinemas on July 17.
