British Influencer Missing in Morocco After Leaving Hotel

A British travel influencer has been missing in Morocco for several days after reportedly leaving a nightclub. Rachel Kerr, a 31-year-old photographer, model, and content creator from Maddiston, Falkirk, was last seen in Agadir on Saturday. Her family has launched an urgent appeal for information.

Disappearance Details

Rachel is believed to have been on a short work trip to the North African country. Her cousin, Claire Hill, posted an online appeal stating that Rachel had been staying at the Caribbean Village hotel but checked out on Saturday and has not been in contact since. Her phone is switched off. Hill expressed deep concern for her welfare and urged anyone with information to come forward.

Friend Alexis Shaw said Rachel was last seen at Smart Nightclub around 5 a.m. on Saturday. She added that Rachel had run out of money completely on Friday and that police are involved in the search. According to Shaw, Rachel’s brother flew in to try to find her, but she had hidden her passport as she was “in a bad mental place.”

Witness Accounts

Another British holidaymaker who met Rachel in Morocco a month ago described her as a “little Scottish girl” and said she had planned to stay in Agadir after her resort stint ended. A commentator familiar with the area warned that Smart nightclub has a reputation for drink spiking, urging police involvement.

Authorities are continuing their investigation. Anyone with information is asked to contact local police or the family’s online appeal.
