A man has been charged with murder following the discovery of a woman's body at a tower block in Manchester. Amber O'Brien, 33, was pronounced dead at the scene on Broadmoss Drive, Blackley, at approximately 6pm on Sunday, April 19, 2026. Stephan Garner, 31, was arrested at the scene on suspicion of murder. Greater Manchester Police (GMP) later charged him with murder.
