Two men and three boys have been charged following the gang rape of a teenage girl in Gravesend, Kent. The victim was attacked at a private address on Salisbury Road between March 25 and April 19.
Charges Filed
Ionut Dobre, 33, of Cleanthus Road, Woolwich, has been charged with rape. Benone Inofte, 46, of Salisbury Road, Gravesend, faces charges of aiding and abetting rape. Additionally, two 16-year-old boys and a 15-year-old boy have also been charged in connection with the incident.
Police Investigation
Kent Police launched an investigation after receiving a report on April 21, 2026, that a teenage girl had been raped at a private property. The arrests were made on April 21 and 22. Both men were remanded into custody, two of the boys were placed in youth detention, and the third was released into local authority care.
Authorities have not released further details about the victim or the specific charges against the minors. The case remains under investigation.
