Wimbledon 2026: Key Dates and Broadcast Details

The Championships at Wimbledon return from Monday, June 29 to Sunday, July 12, 2026. The tournament runs for 14 consecutive days, with the traditional Middle Sunday rest day eliminated in 2022. Defending men's singles champion Jannik Sinner and women's singles champion Iga Swiatek will aim to retain their titles on the grass courts of SW19.

BBC remains the principal broadcaster, offering free coverage on BBC One, BBC Two, and BBC iPlayer. For the first time, the singles finals will be co-broadcast by BBC and TNT Sports, replacing Eurosport from previous years. Clare Balding leads the BBC presenting team, alongside analysts Tim Henman, John McEnroe, and Martina Navratilova.

Wimbledon 2026 Draw and Ticket Information

The draw for the 2026 Championships will take place on June 26 at 10am, determining the first-round matchups and projected paths to the finals. Most Centre Court and No.1 Court tickets were allocated via the public ballot, which has now closed. However, spectators can still queue daily for grounds passes or show court tickets. Once inside, fans can visit the ticket resale kiosk north of Court 18 to purchase returned show court tickets.
