Champions League Prize Money: Arsenal's Earnings

Arsenal are set for another massive financial windfall if they defeat Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League final on Saturday. Mikel Arteta's squad has already enjoyed a highly profitable campaign, winning all eight league phase matches en route to their first final since 2006.

Breakdown of Arsenal's Champions League Earnings

The Gunners received €18.62 million (£16 million) simply for participating in the league phase. Each of their eight victories earned them €2.1 million (£1.81 million), totaling €16.8 million (£14.5 million) in performance-related bonuses. Finishing top of the league phase added €9.9 million (£8.5 million), plus an extra €2 million (£1.7 million) for being in the top eight, which secured automatic knockout stage qualification.

Progressing to the round of 16 brought €11 million (£9.5 million), reaching the quarter-finals earned €12.5 million (£10.8 million), and the semi-final spot contributed €15 million (£12.9 million). After eliminating Atletico Madrid, Arsenal secured €18.5 million (£15.9 million) for reaching the final.
