Jadon Sancho and Tyrell Malacia are set to leave as free agents, with Sancho linked to Borussia Dortmund and Malacia expected to return to Holland.
Rashford, 28, is nearing a move to Barcelona, with both parties eager to finalize an agreement. Even if the deal falls through, United have decided to part ways with the academy graduate, believing it benefits all involved.
