Police have closed off a busy shopping area in Ealing after a vehicle struck pedestrians outside Marks and Spencer on The Broadway at approximately 3.15pm this afternoon. Emergency services are on scene, with paramedics treating at least two people on the ground, according to video footage from the location. The London Fire Brigade is also in attendance.
