A person is fighting for their life after a serious incident on the railway tracks at Kingston station in London. Emergency crews, including police and paramedics, were called to the busy station at around 8.15am on Tuesday, December 16.
The call came in during the morning rush hour following reports of a casualty on the line. Upon arrival, responders found an individual with severe, life-threatening injuries.
Victim Hospitalised in Critical Condition
The injured person was taken to hospital, where they remain in a critical condition. The British Transport Police (BTP) has confirmed that the incident is not being treated as suspicious.
In response to the emergency, the station was cordoned off to allow crews to secure the scene safely. Photographs from the location showed a significant emergency service presence, with multiple ambulances and fire engines stationed outside.

This tragic event follows another serious incident on the London network earlier in the week, where a person died after being injured at Loughton station on Monday afternoon.
A BTP spokesperson stated: "Officers were called at around 8.15am this morning (16 December) to reports of a casualty on the tracks at Kingston railway station. Officers responded with paramedics and a person was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries. The incident is not being treated as suspicious."
